THermal

Rugged Logic creates extremely low profile thermal management solutions through expertise in flow modeling and fan simulation. Solutions include natural convection heat sinks, forced air heat sinks, heat pipes, and vapor chambers. Electronics are also designed to manage extremely low temperatures.

vibration

Designing for high vibration environments is the most difficult to do without proper analysis tools. Rugged Logic maintains the latest in vibration analysis tools to design around resonance, adapt mounting approaches, determine high stress areas, and evaluate vibration/shock mount design.

protection

Water, salt fog, corrosive fluids, dust, humidity, and ultraviolet radiation can all cause equipment failure if appropriate protections have not been implemented. Rugged Logic has been through significant successful testing and fielding of equipment for reliable operation in the worst environments.
